- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 27, 2020 at 6:45 pm. Salina City shall hold a public hearing to receive input from the public on the application to the Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) by the Local Building Authority of Salina City, in the amount of $895,000 grant/loan funding. This application will be for two new fire trucks.
