Description/Agenda: The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearings to receive comments on the adoption of the proposed budget for FY 2020-2021. Transferring $350,000 from the electric fund for the budget FY 2020-2021. Amending the budget for FY 2019-2020.The Public Hearings will be held Thursday June 4, 2020 at approximately 5:30 P.M. in an electronic meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
