Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Loren Anderson for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a decorative curb contracting business out of his home at 162 East 400 North. Tax Id. #11-080-0052. b) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Joshua & Leah Young for a conditional use for a basketball court and play ground in the designated open space on their property. Located at 106 West 1400 South. Tax Id. #10-080-0003 c) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution authorizing and imposing a service fee within the City of Wellsville for the green waste dumpsters to be used during the summer months. 7. Scott Wells - Discuss the State Code for a building inspection for the shed located Week's Berries approximately 1000 South Hwy 23. Tax Id. # 10-040-0017. 8. Jay Nielson - Discuss rules for owning dogs in Wellsville City. 9. Jay Nielson - Discuss updating the Land Use Code 10.15 titled Development Standards: Residential Districts. Pertaining to the height and size of accessory buildings in all zones. 10. Other zoning matters
