Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearings The Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings, via electronic or telephonic means, on June 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The hearings are for the Arrival Master Development Plan Amendment & Preliminary Plat Amendment, and Code amendments in Title 17 including but not limited to Chapter 17.35 Commercial Zones, Chapter 17.80 Sign Regulations and sign Permits, and Chapter 17.45 Airpark Zone. The Eagle Mountain City Redevelopment Agency will hold a public hearing on June 2, 2020 directly following the City Council meeting, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The Redevelopment Agency will receive public comments concerning the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget, which will be adopted on June 16, 2020. Copies of the proposed budget can be viewed at the Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings.
