- NOTICE OF IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN In compliance with the Impact Fee Act, Utah Code 11-36a-101 et seq., Cottonwood Mutual Water Company hereby gives notice of its intent to contract for and prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an updated Impact Fee Analysis for its existing service area. A map of the Cottonwood Mutual Water Company service area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is attached to this Notice. Additional information may be obtained from the Cottonwood Mutual Water Company office at 4000 West Old Highway Road, Morgan, Utah, or by calling Jennifer Jensen, Office Manager at 801-876-3895.
