- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING TO DECLARE PROPERTY SURPLUS The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. The hearing will be held to receive comments related to the declaration of surplus property at approximately 2540 N. Barker Parkway.
