- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a regular meeting electronically via telephone conference call in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 05/27/2020. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. AGENDA 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ROLL CALL 4. SAFETY SECONDS - Councilmember Knott-Jespersen 5. PUBLIC COMMENT 6. WATERSHED PLAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT AGREEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of an agreement with Horrocks Engineers for services to prepare a Watershed Plan and Environmental Impact Statement for the Upper Price River Watershed. Total agreement for consultant services = $1,211,000. Primary funding source is a federal grant through the NRCS. 7. PROJECT 8C-2020 Bike Park- Consideration and possible approval of awarding a contract to construct a Bike Park at the location of the former BMX track at Terrace Hills Park. Recommendation of selection committee to be presented and considered for approval. Primary source of funding is an external grant which has been awarded to Price City. 8. RESOLUTION NO. 2020-04 - Consideration and possible approval of a resolution amending updating and amending the Price City Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. CONSENT AGENDA 9. MINUTES a. May 13, 2020 City Council Meeting b. May 15, 2020 City Council Special Workshop 10. STATE OF UTAH CARES GRANT - Consideration and possible approval of the State of Utah Cares grant which provides for technology literacy. 11. BUSINESS LICENSES - Consideration and possible approval of business licenses for: Chrysalis Utah Inc, at 650 N 700 E, Envy Elevated at 97 E 100 N, Freedom Torches, LLC at 717 S Nick Lane, and Pixie Nails By Ash at 90 W 100 N, Studio 14. 12. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
