Approval of Minutes A. May 6, 2020 B. May 13, 2020 2. Site Plan A. Dave's Offsite Sewer. The proposal involves installing a sewer lateral connection from 500 South to 600 South at approximately 280 West. B. Humphries. The proposal involves improving the industrial site located at 1321 North 200 West. 3. Zone Change A. 430 North Duplex. The proposal involves changing the current R-1-6 to R-3 with the infill overlay to allow for a duplex to be built located at 460 North 600 East. 4. Preliminary Plat A. Legacy Estates. The proposal involves creating 18 lots for single-family homes in a Master Planned Development located at 970 North 1650 East. 5. Title 15 Amendments A. Title 15 Amendments. The proposal involves various changes to the City Ordinance, Title 15 Land Use. 6. Other Business 7. Adjourn
