Description/Agenda

The public is invited to participate in a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 7:00 pm. The Planning Commission will be considering a request from Ridgeway Construction for approval of a Preliminary Subdivision for a 16 unit residential development located at 127-149 E 7100 S. This meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting. All those interested in participating may do so by viewing the meeting through the City's Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/MidvaleCity/ or listening on http://mixlr.com/midvalecity/. If you would like to provide comments or have questions on this item, please send an email or call Jana Ward, Planner I, at jward@midvale.com or (801) 567-7233. If you would like to submit comments in real time during the public hearing, please comment on Facebook or by email (jward@midvale.com). Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three (3) working days advance notice of the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
