NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hyrum City Council will hold an electronic public hearing Thursday, June 4th, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following: 1. Adjustments to the 2019-20 general and enterprise operating budgets. 2. The adoption of fiscal 2020-21 operating budgets for the General Fund, the Capital Projects Fund, the Culinary Water Fund, the Sewer Fund, the Electric Fund, the Irrigation Water Fund, and the Storm Water Fund. 3. No transfers are being proposed from any of the Enterprise Funds to the General Fund for 2020-21. 4. Setting the municipal tax rate for 2020-21 (no increase is proposed). 5. Setting salaries of elected and appointed officials and other municipal employees for 2020-21 and amending Section 2.12.010 of the Hyrum City Municipal Code. Copies of the proposed amendments to the 2019-20 budget and the proposed 2020-21 operating budgets tentatively adopted by the City Council are available for public inspection at the City office, 60 West Main, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by appointment only 435-245-6033. Hyrum City will be holding this meeting electronically in compliance with Utah Governor Gary Herbert's Executive Order to suspend the enforcement of provisions of Utah Code 52-4-207, and related State Agency Orders, Rules and Regulations, Due to Infectious Disease COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus.
