Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held electronically by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 2 June 2020, 6:00 p.m., using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items: Gardner Properties / Financial Support - Discuss and possibly approve $1 million for the preservation of various parcels of open space owned by Kem Gardner. Resolution 2020-14 / Midway Vistas Annexation Agreement and Master Plan Amendment - Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2020-14 amending the annexation and master plan agreements for the Midway Vista Subdivision (Formerly known as the Zenger Annexation, Murano Subdivision and Malmrose PUD) located at approximately 1600 North Interlaken Road (West side) (Zoning is RA-1-43). Information regarding the above items may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes the Friday before the meeting.
