Description/Agenda: Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order; 1. The City Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for approval a request from Joshua & Leah Young for a conditional use for a basketball court and play ground in the designated open space on their property. Located at 106 West 1400 South. Tax Id. #10-080-0003 2. The City Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for approval of resolution 2020-05, to set a green waste fee for all households in Wellsville City, to cover the cost of the green waste bin from May through September.
