- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; A) The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the concept, preliminary and final plans for the Leishman Estate Subdivision consisting of 3 lots total, located at approximately 150 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-081-0058 B) The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval a resolution 2020-04 setting application and processing fees for annexation services. 9. Angalee Roberts - Discuss development of road and utilities on 600 South from 200 West to 300 West associated with property with tax Id. #10-037-0010. 10. Troy Hawker and Grant Crezee to discuss sewer installation on 450 East. 11. Scott Wells - Continue discussion on Wellsville City's approach to coronavirus with yellow status in Cache County. 12. Scott Wells - Discuss Wellsville City third quarter financial statements for March. 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report
