- Confluence Park Executive Board and Technical Advisory Committee Agenda Wednesday, May 20, 2020, 3:00 p.m. Confluence Park-LA VERKIN TRAILHEAD, La Verkin, Utah 3:00 P.M. Confluence Park Executive Board and Technical Advisory Committee will meet at the La Verkin Trailhead parking lot to discuss the following: 1. Progress report of current grant funded projects a. Trailhead, staircase, rim trail, bathrooms b. LeRay McAllister grant - prison crew clean up 2. Tree Utah and Give Your Land a Hand projects a. Tree plantings, drip irrigation b. Power plant restoration 3. Update on grant applications for bridge & LeRay McAllister 2020 4. Agricultural fields Request for Proposal a. Farming plan b. Flood irrigation 5. Other park projects / concerns a. Water line break in Hurricane b. Construction debris spreading into the park c. Vandalism to power plant station d. Catori Center 5K run/walk In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (Including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Christy Ballard, City Recorder (435) 635-2581 at least 48 hours in advance. Certificate of Posting The City Recorder does hereby certify that the agenda was sent to each member of the board, sent to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the La Verkin City website www.laverkin.org and the Utah Public Meeting Notice website http://pmn.utah.gov and at the city office buildings at 111 S.
