Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located near 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Russell Wilson is requesting approval of River Ridge Lane Subdivision, a 16-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 13239 South Lovers Lane. - Kenneth Olson is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for an amended private lane proposed at 13265 South Lovers Lane. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the day of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3124.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
