NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETING OF THE DAVIS COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Library Board of Directors, Farmington, Utah, will hold an electronic Board Meeting at the Davis County Headquarters Library, 133 South Main St, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING CIRCUMSTANCES DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC: In keeping with recommendations of Federal, State and Local authorities to limit public gatherings to control the continuing spread of COVID-19, and in accordance with Utah Governor Gary Herbert's Executive Order on March 18, 2020 suspending some requirements of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, the Davis County Library Board of Directors will make the following adjustments to normal meeting procedures. - Some or all members of the Board and meeting presenters may participate electronically via phone or video conference. - In-person participants will be limited to no more than 10 people and will be by invitation only. - Public Comment will not be taken during the meeting but may be submitted through the means listed below. Comments submitted before 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 19th will be distributed to Board members prior to the meeting, please submit comments: o online at http://www.daviscountyutah.gov/library/about-us/contact-us, o by email at library@daviscountyutah.gov, or o by telephone at 801-451-3055. - Meeting proceedings may be viewed remotely, online through Google Hangouts live-streaming: http://www.daviscountyutah.gov/library/about-us/library-board AGENDA Welcome 1.
