NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on June 2, 2020 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in a meeting held electronically through ZOOM and You Tube Live. Information on how to connect to the meeting will be available on Highland City's website before the meeting. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: Cole Peck is requesting approval to amend multiple sections of the Development Code relating to Accessory Buildings. Fee schedule amendment in regards to Garbage and Recycling fees. Highland City Staff is requesting approval to amend Section 3-621 and 10-102 of the Development Code relating to xeriscape.
