NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL ELMO TOWN BUILDING AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 03 June 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. Public Hearing: A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF ELMO TOWN LEASE REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, IN AN AGGREGRATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $450,000 FOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE TOWN HALL AND FIRE STATION AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS.
