- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moroni City Council will hold City Council meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. These will be held at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 South 200 West. 1. 6:00 p.m. Welcome - MOTION to start meeting - Roll call of Council members 2. 6:02 p.m. Adopt Tentative 2020-2021 Budget ~ Mr. Gary Keddington - Public Comment - MOTION 3. 6:35 p.m. Discussion of upcoming July 4th Events - Public Comment 4. 7:05 p.m. Review proposed changes to Cemetery Ordinance - Title 7-6 5. 7:15 p.m. 2020 Miss Moroni Essays 6. 7:25 p.m. Closed Session: Utah Code 52-4-205 A) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual D) Hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction.
