THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN FAIRWAY ESTATES SPECIAL SERVICE RECREATION DISTRICT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
An electronic public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Fairway Estates Special Service Recreation District on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the adoption of the Tentative Budget for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021.
A copy of the Tentative Budget will be available for public inspection for a period of 10 days prior to the public hearing and can be viewed online at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/city-budget.
This will be an electronic meeting pursuant to the West Jordan Local Emergency Proclamation and may be viewed on the City of West Jordan's YouTube channel at https://bit.ly/WestJordan.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
One or more Council Members may participate electronically in this meeting by way of telephone, FaceTime, Skype or other comparable online video conferencing technology per Utah Code (§52-4-207) and West Jordan City Ordinance 1-13-1-E. Member's participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
