The meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Welcome / Pledge of allegiance. 2. Roll call. 3. Approve minutes from prior council meeting. 4. Public Comment 5. Sheriff's report. 6. Oath of office for Rick Fonnesbeck. 7. Sugar Park pavilion update. 8. Discuss proposed amended budget changes for fiscal year ending 2020. 9. Open meeting training for town council members. 10. Council reports: a. Paul Hansen b. Julio Vega c. Howard Kunz 11. Mayor's Report. 12. Review and approve current cash disbursements.
