Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Springville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. electronically pursuant to Utah Executive Order #2020-05. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: Springville City seeking to repeal Springville City Code Title 11, Chapter 5, Section 1 'Floodplain Overlay Regulations,' and amend Title 11, Chapter 6, to add Article 6 'Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance'. For further information please contact the Community Development Department at (801) 491-7861.
