- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 7th of May, 2020 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Swearing in of new council member Mary Devonshire and Mona Wells Report of officers Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery Council Member Chylene Whipple - Buildings and Economic Development Council Member Jeff Pei - Water and Sewer Mayor Kim E. Wilson - Roads Maintenance - Eric Wells Treasurer - Jessica Alvey Clerk - Lisa Wells Tabled Business: Business license application for Motel Hanksville, LLC Jake Bahr New Business: Applications for new water and sewer connection for Christopher Chase Ashcroft - Lot 7 in Rookie Lane Subdivision Public Comment: Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 5244 Dated this 5th day of May, 2020 Lisa J. Wells - Clerk This meeting will follow the social distancing guidelines due to COVID-19
