- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS MAY 26, 2020 and JUNE 18, 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend Title 19, 'Zoning', Chapter 19.17, Section 19.17.040 and Title 18, 'Land Use Development', Chapter 18.07, Sections 18.07.020 and 18.07.030, to amend the written notice and sign posting requirements for public meetings and hearings. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue. The hearings will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission and City Council meetings. Public comments are welcomed.
