- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on May 18, 2020 in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. 5:30pm A Public Hearing to receive comments on amending the 2020 budget of the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 2. Consideration and approval of amendments to the 2020 budget of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 3. Approval of minutes for February 2020 meeting. 4. UFRA comments and business. 5. Emery County Regional Fire School. 6. State Fire Marshal's Office comments and business. 7. Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 8. BLM comments and business. 9. PC Agreement 2020 discussion. 10. By-Laws Update. 11. SOP'S 12. Discussion on Fire Truck Refurbishment Project. 13. Fire equipment upgrades. 14. SCBA Testing 15.
