The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Jackee Grote for a conditional use for a 3-dog kennel license at her home a 231 South 100 West. Tax id. #10-027-0013. b) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Susan Benson for a conditional use for a 3-dog kennel license at her home a 75 East 500 North. Tax Id. #11-110-0001. c) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept, preliminary and final plans for the Leishman Estate Subdivision consisting of 3 lots total, located at approximately 150 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-081-0058 d) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a resolution 2020-04 setting application and processing fees for annexation services. 7. Other zoning matters
