PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday May 12, 2020 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting March 10, 2020. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) April & May 2020. 3. Discuss new fiscal year 2019-2020 budget. 4. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 5. Follow up for a new board member (Jimmie Hughes) to make a total of 7. 6. Applying for 2020 HUD Set-Aside Funding 7. Discuss 2020-2021 SGHA New Budget 8. Sign PHA Board Resolution / Approving the Agency Budget for 2020-2021 9.
