TOQUERVILLE CITY CITY COUNCIL May 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by Governor Gary Herbert on March 18, 2020 regarding Electronic Public Meetings, please be advised that this Toquerville City Council meeting will be held electronically via Zoom with an anchor location at the City Office building, 212 N Toquer Blvd. Persons may send comments prior to the meeting to recorder@toquerville.org or they may be allowed to comment during the meeting via Zoom. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM DURING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS MEETING MAY 14, 2020, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public Discussion on the FY2021 Toquerville Tentative Budget. A copy of the proposed tentative budget is available for review at the Toquerville City Office, by requesting a copy via email at recorder@toquerville.org, or by visiting the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 7 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
