Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting May 12, 2020 Rockville Town Hall The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 12th day of May 2020 at 6:00 p.m. This Commission meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Commission members will connect remotely. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join the audio via telephone. If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you please use the Chat feature to make your request to ask a question or state a comment. The meeting host will see your message and be able to 'unmute' you so you can speak. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to order - roll call. 2. Discussion and action on an Application for a Building Permit to remodel the Manager's Quarters for Zion Red Rock Retreat Villa located at 991 West 230 South, Rockville - Justin Mabey 7. Discussion and action on the finalization of an Application for a Building Permit for Tydon Oler on parcel R-157-A accessed from River Road in Rockville - Tydon Oler 8. Approval of the minutes for the March 10, 2020 Regular Meeting. 9. Approval of the minutes for the March 10, 2020 Work Meeting. Information/Discussion/Non-action Items 1. Town Office Report - a. Approval of a Simple Building Permit for Jeff Brantley to construct a greenhouse located at 617 W. Main, Rockville. b. Review of Proposed Rockville Building Permit Remodel Checklist 2. Planning Commission Administrative Business a. Next Planning Commission meeting will be June 9, 2020. This meeting will include a public hearing for the presentation by Rural Community Consultants of the updated Rockville Land Use Code. 3. Adjourn Vicki S. Bell Town Clerk
