Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sigurd Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, Sigurd, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Justin and Danee Alvey and located within the areas of the annexable territory for future expansion defined by Sigurd Town. The property is located at approximately 185 Lariat Drive (North of Vermillion Estates). The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the Town Clerk, 595 North State Street, Sigurd, Utah.
