- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL MAY 5, 2020 2:00 P.M. THIS MEETING WILL BE AN ELECTRONIC MEETING PURSUANT TO UTAH EXECUTIVE ORDER #2020-05 Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Pete Zimmerman seeking site plan approval for Zimmerman Plaza, an office warehouse project located at 2235 S State Street in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on 05/04/2020. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
