- Notice The Planning and Zoning Commission of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the RJ Law Center located at 75 W Main in Delta, Utah, that will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and consider public comment regarding the proposed rezoning of Parcel #67984, D4175-1, more specifically described as east of Roper Lumber Company (705 W Main, Delta). Legal description: BEG 40 FT E NW COR NE1/4 SW1/4 SEC 12, T17S, R7W, SLM, E 110.21 FT, S 290 FT, W 110.21 FT, N 290 FT TO BEG. ALSO BEG NW COR NE 1/4 SW 1/4 SEC 12, E 40 FT, S 290 FT, W 40 FT, N 290 FT TO BEG. Proposed zone change is from Single & Multi Family Residential to Highway Commercial. Roper Lumber Company, applicants. The Commission will consider input from all interested parties prior to making a recommendation to the Delta City Council on this issue.
