NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL ELMO TOWN BUILDING AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 06 May 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Motion to adjourn to Public Hearing 4. Town Parameters Resolution: A RESOLUTION OF ELMO TOWN, EMERY COUNTY, UTAH [THE 'TOWN'], APPROVING THE ADOPTION BY THE AUTHORITY OF A PARAMETERS RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NOT MORE THAN $450,000 LEASE REVENUS BONDS FOR THE AQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE TOWN HALL AND FIRE STATION, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS. 5. Adjorn Elmo Town Public Hearing and open Elmo Town Housing Authority Public Hearing. 6. LBA Parameters Resolution: A RESOLUTION OF THE LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF ELMO TOWN, UTAH, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING AND AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE NO MORE THAN $450,000 OF LEASE REVENUS BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, FOR THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE TOWN HALL AND FIRE STATION, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; FIXING THE MAXIMUN INTEREST RATE, MATURITY AND DISCOUNT OF THE BONDS; AND RELATED MATTERS. 7. Motion to adjourn Elmo Building Authority Meeting 8. Motion to accept LBA Parameters Resolution 9. Motion to adjourn Elmo Building Authority Meeting and resume Elmo Town Regular Meeting 10.
