NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday May 4 , 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The Minersville Town Council may be conducting this meeting by electronic means, in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, as currently modified by Executive Order of the Governor of the State of Utah. We want to make sure everyone interested in participating in Town Council meetings can do so in a manner that they feel most comfortable. Contact the Town Clerk at 386-2242 Monday May 4th before 3:00 pm for more information on joining the meeting. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the April 20, 2020 council meeting. 2. Discuss opening back up due to COVID-19 3. Review departments budget wants and needs for upcoming budget year. 4. Shannon Terry: Library 5. Andrea Johnson: Recreation 6. Pay bills Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
