- RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located near 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Brandon Wixom is requesting approval of Sunday Drive Subdivision, a 3-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 12939 South Sunday Drive. - Riverton City is proposing amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan. Due to restrictions in place related to COVID-19, this meeting will not be open for public attendance. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. The staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting date. The staff report and the meeting broadcast will be made available through the City website. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3124.
