PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Wasatch County will hold a REGULAR session via an On-Line Meeting commencing at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 6, 2020. This meeting will be available both live (via a 40 second delay) and afterwards from the Wasatch County Website (https://docs.wasatch.utah.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/). Brett Walker requests an amendment to the Wasatch County Code Section 16.27, related to Farm Preservation Regulations and to create a Rural Preservation Subdivision ordinance in order to provide an option to reduce infrastructure requirements in exchange for larger lot, deed restricted developments in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) and Residential Agriculture 5-acre (RA-5) zones. Wasatch County will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program Year 2020.
