Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. In the following order: 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept, preliminary and final plans for the Leishman Estate Subdivision consisting of 3 lots total, located at approximately 150 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-081-0058 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a Resolution setting application and processing fees for annexation services.
