Citizen input 8. Sheriff Chad Jensen - Discuss 2020-2021 contract with Wellsville City and Cache County Sheriff's office. 9. Review for possible acceptance a resolution 2020-03 accepting an annexation petition for further consideration from Paul Freed that 23.06 acres located North of 3909 West 6404 South be Annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City. 10. Troy Hawker and Grant Crezee to discuss sewer installation on 450 East. 11. Scott Wells - Continue discussion on Wellsville City's approach to Coronavirus including cutting back on City functions going forward. 12. Mayor Bailey - Discuss letter from Mayor Stephanie Miller regarding South Valley garbage collection. 13. Review, discuss and possibly approve the 2020/2021 tentative budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, and Storm Water Fund for all operating and capital budgets. 14.
