PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 14th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Due to health concerns with direct contact regarding COVID-19, the Planning Commission Meeting will be held electronically with commissioners joining remotely through video conferencing from offsite locations. The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public comments are accepted during the regular business session, either by personal presence at our anchor location mentioned above or through the comment session in the YouTube website. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-9B-7-F2 - Yard Requirements (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-9B-7-F2: Single Family Residential, Height Considerations for accessory structures, eliminating the conditional use requirements and modifying the qualifying provisions for the height of accessory structures in all the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zones. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-9B-7-F3 - Yard Requirements (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-9B-7-F3: Single Family Residential, Size Considerations for accessory buildings, eliminating the conditional use requirements and modifying the qualifying provisions for the area of accessory structures in all the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zones. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-9A-8-2a - Yard Requirements (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-9A-8, Yard Requirements, eliminating the conditional use requirements for height considerations for accessory structures in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-15-38 - Fencing Standards (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-15-38, Fencing Standards, modifying the requirements for the installation of fences over six feet tall (6'). Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-14-24-3D: The Grove - Interchange Subdistrict, Permitted Uses. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Daniel Thomas to amend City Code Section 10-14-24-3D: The Grove Interchange Subdistrict, Permitted Uses, expanding the permitted uses in order to include Use #5194 Retail trade of Tobacco and tobacco products within the Interchange Subdistrict of the Grove Zone.
