- Howell Town Corp will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2020. Phase two Howell Town Water Improvement Project - Putting 8 inch supply line from the 2000 well to the corner by Rallison's house. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 7:00 P.M. on May 12, 2020 and will be held at 16020 North 17400 West, Suite A, Howell, UT.
