PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLANNING COMMISSION MAY 12, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Springville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. electronically pursuant to Utah Executive Order #2020-05. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Summa Terra Ventures seeking a recommendation to amend Springville City Code Section 11-4-301, Land Use Matrix, concerning multi-family buildings without a commercial component fronting on a non-arterial street; and 2) Springville City seeking a recommendation to amend Springville City Code Section 11-4-301, Land Use Matrix, to prohibit office/warehouse and other similar uses within 500 feet of an arterial street, including, but not limited to, the streets in Springville known as: Main Street, 1400 North (SR 75), 400 South (SR 77) and SR 51 within the Highway Commercial and Regional Commercial Zones. This is a continuation of the item as heard previously on April 28, 2020. For further information please contact the Community Development Department at (801) 491-7861.
