- NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARINGS FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Sign Ordinance related to 1) blight, TDRs, and Special Exceptions (ZT-10-20); 2) Signs in the mixed use areas (ZT-11-20); and 3) performance bond requirements regarding demolitions (ZT-12-20). Farmington City Planning Commission meetings, including this meeting, are open to the public. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public wishing to attend this meeting are encouraged to view the meeting online. The link to view the meeting live can be found on the Farmington City website at www.farmington.utah.gov. If you wish to submit a comment for any of the listed public hearings, please email that comment to crowe@farmington.utah.gov.
