NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on a proposed development agreement with Mt. Ogden Developers for the vacant property located at approximately 935 40th Street. The development agreement would allow four stories instead of three as the maximum height, as well as allow exceptions to the transparency, ceiling height, parking, and building materials requirements. There will also be a public hearing for a proposed amendment to a previous development agreement with Urban Land Group for the property located at approximately 5550 Harrison Blvd. (below the water tanks.) The amendment would allow more density, anticipating more apartments rather than single-family homes. The public hearings will be held at 6:15 PM, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2020; however, due to policies put in place in response to the COVID-19 virus, public attendance at the meeting and comments for the public hearing will be by electronic means only. The meeting will be broadcast live at 6:15 pm, May 14, 2020 via www.facebook.com/southogdencity and https://vimeo.com/413294421. Comments for the public hearing will be received via the comment features of these platforms; however, to be included in the record, only comments received during the public hearing portion of the meeting will be made part of the record. Comments for the public hearings may also be submitted any time before the meeting by emailing lkapetanov@southogdencity.com. Comments received in this manner will also be made part of the record.
