CITY OF WEST JORDAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled an electronic public hearing, in accordance with Gov. Herbert's executive order #2020-5, to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at which time input will be received prior to discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council concerning the proposed items: TEXT AMENDMENTS Amend the 2009 City Code allowing Tattoo and Body Engraving Services as a Conditional Use in the SC-3 (Regional Shopping Center) Zone and CC-C (City Center Core) Zone; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) Amend the 2009 City Code Title 13 to include 'Micro Wireless Facility and Small Wireless Facility' in Chapter 16, Low Power Radio Service Antennas; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) The proceedings may be viewed with the following: - YouTube - City of West Jordan - https://bit.ly/WestJordan - Zoom Webinar - log in information at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/agendas You are invited to remotely attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussions and voice any support or concerns you may have with the above-mentioned projects.
