- NEWTON TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing to receive comments for a 5 lot subdivision located along 400 West between Main and 135 South, Newton UT, will be held. Project Type: 5 Lot Subdivision Applicant: Larsen Farms Subdivision, Ileene K Larsen Trust Project Location/Description: Subdivision of parcel 13-027-0009, 400 West 100 South Newton, into 5 lots. The proposed lots are located along Utah State Highways 23 and 142 and will have access approved by Utah Department of Transportation. An extension of 100 South will be deeded to Newton Town and built by the developer. Access for lots 3 and 4 will be from the new 100 South road. Meeting Date: May 14, 2020 Meeting Time: 7:00 p.m. Location: Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center, Newton UT Prior to making a final decision, the Newton Town Council and Newton Planning Commission would like to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment on the proposal before action is taken. Because of social distancing requirements entry to the meeting will be limited.
