NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS PUBLIC SAFETY AND STREET IMPACT FEES The Santa Clara City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 13, 2020 Electronically Via Zoom, Live streams and Recordings can be found on the Official Santa Clara City YouTube Channel. Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by Governor Gary Herbert on March 18, 2020 regarding Electronic Public Meetings, please be advised that meetings will be held electronically. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on: 1. Amending the Santa Clara City Public Safety Impact Fees. 2. Amending the Santa Clara City Street Impact Fees. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the hearing Via Zoom, where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action. Persons who would like to make comments on Public Hearings may do so by filling out a form on our City website under Public Comment Form.
