Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend an electronic public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 6:00 pm. The Planning Commission will be considering a Rezone and Large-Scale Master Plan request for the Midvale Mills project, a 128-unit residential project on 12.61 acres at approximately 300 East 8000 South. This request would change the applicable zone from Single Family Residential with Agricultural Overlay (SF-1/AO) to Multifamily Residential - Medium Density (RM-12) and has been made by Adam Nash on behalf of Land Development LLC. This meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting.
