SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee April 23, 2020 - 6:30 p.m. Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting via ZOOM on April 23, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: Call to Order Prayer Action Item Update District Yr Mo Workshop Date Topic Article Due Syracuse West Dist 2020 Jan/ July Syracuse District 2020 Feb/ Aug Syracuse South 2020 Mar/ Nov Legacy District 2020 May/ Oct Bluff District 2020 June/ Dec Committee Business: - Discuss results of the Great Utah Shakeout drill done by the committee on Saturday April 18th. - Request to have a copy of the 'Syracuse City's Emergency Plan.' Short discussion on where the committee fits in. Erin & Mayor Gailey can talk on this issue. - Discuss requirements of committee members for attendance et. Al.
