Description/Agenda

PUBLIC NOTICE The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 6, 2020 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held using the remote meeting platform ZOOM to adhere to current COVID-19 public health orders for Summit County. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible recommendation, a conditional use permit for an accessory dwelling to be located at 425 East Boulderville Road, Oakley Utah. The applicants are DeWain and Jenny Campbell. The Public is invited to provide comment via email to amy@oakleycity.com or by joining the ZOOM meeting via remote means on the evening of the May 6th during the public hearing portion of the meeting. The link for the ZOOM meeting will be posted with the agenda 24 hours before the meeting. Physical statements can also be delivered to the Oakley City offices M-Th 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. If you require further assistance to participate in the public hearing please contact Amy Rydalch City Planner or Abigail Morrison City Recorder 24 hours in advance of the hearing for accommodations.
