- Land Use Authority Committee Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Authority Committee of Castle Dale City will hold its zoning meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2020, at the Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Opening Statement. 3. Approval of February 27, 2019 minutes. 4. Steven Daley: Castle Valley Consulting LLC. Steven would like a Home Business License for Civil and Environmental Engineering consulting business. 5. Alison Daley: Home Premises business license for a snow cone shack. 6. Daine Behling sign ordinance issues. 7. Any other business which can properly come before the committee.
